I am very impressed by the professional manner of the people at Stoneacre Liverpool. Danny Hughes sold me my car and he was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond what was expected. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

I recently purchased my first car at Stoneacre Liverpool and was helped by Danny Hughes. The service he gave was outstanding ,nothing wast too much bother he answered all my questions and queries with the utmost respect and professionalism. Ive been dealing with Stoneacre for at least 10 years, bought quite a few cars and always have them serviced there. The staff are very helpful and cant do enough for me. Every time I go in the great greet me and make me very welcome.

Travelled over from Doncaster to collect my car from Stoneacre , they picked myself and my partner up from the station and despite a delay due a technical issue with the car (which wasn’t their fault and they dashed around Liverpool to correct it !) I was very pleased with the courtesy and friendly way we where treated . Stewart the manager and Ryan the salesman (also the finance chap , sorry I forgot your name ! , I’m getting a little old )in particular ,really went the extra mile . Was suggested to me I give Stoneacre a try for my next car and last weekend I picked up my lovely, shiny new car that I am still smiling over…..quick and easy processes and ready on the agreed day with no issues or delays. Andy was great in looking after me, helping me to make the right choice as I had a few different cars in mind. I’d happily use them again and recommend.
