Good to be playing Badders in the main hall,but the other unit round the back should be opened up asap after works completed

Costumer service is very disappointing and knowledge of talking to clients is not in order. Demanding to speak to the manager kept turning questions around like staffs with know ability "like kids". Staff really need proper update and ability to deal with clients at time needs.

Absolutely incredible staff, so happy and happy to help with any problems you have had. Changing rooms I really clean and fantastic signage. Just make sure you use cards as they don't except cash at the moment.

I cancelled my children’s lessons here not long a go due to Covid and because of a lack of communication, I got no email about when lessons were back on. You get told to check their Facebook but not everyone uses Facebook! The finance team and the management choose to ignore emails and phone calls, their staff told me they aren’t allowed to give out managements email when you need to make a complaint you are told to contact customer service email. I can’t really fault the reception team the lady that works there most days is very professional and always tries to resolve the matter and all the other young staff around the building are very smiley. Management need to take a leaf out of the young ones they seem to have to know what they’re doing! I wouldn’t recommend this leisure centre for swimming lessons.

It's great for all activities and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
