No option to give this practice zero, unsure of the reception staff which I'm sure are probably the best part of the surgery, but Dr Leevy needs to be ashamed of himself, bullying a young girl, new patient, who was in extreme pain because of a back injury, caused at work BTW, on diff pain killers and anti depressants, took her off them all cold turkey, which is the worst thing for any Dr to do and all doctors would not do this, except him, she is the most amazing person, big complaint on its way to the medical board from many people because of this

The doctors are very friendly but the staff at the front desk are very rude and have very little people skills. They now have a large glass barrier separating them from patients. It doesn't surprise me that people could get angry at them. Yet if they had just a more pleasant disposition people wouldn't get angry at them. Overall good doctors but bad administration staff.
