Sports Direct liverpool

Called numerous times between 10am and 3pm on Friday, not one call answered! Although, you go into the store and staff are very helpful and polite! Strange. Answer the phone and you'd get 5 stars.

Sports Direct is a well stocked store located in Walton Road Bromborough but the biggest problem is the staff. For such a big well stocked sports store I found it difficult trying to find any staff to help me.A long queue at the till and only one employee working on his own.Plenty of frustrated customers including customers asking him for help as they couldn't find another member of staff to help.Gave up in the end and walked out.You need to improve Sports Direct customer service is poor and you are losing money from lost sales.

Someone please pick up the phone at Brombro!! Trying to get info on an order and receiving no emails!!!!!

It's shocking why not put full outfits together save the time and effort of the hunting it down and if you can find staff then your lucky

Great place to shop for sports wear and trainer's, staff friendly and helpful, free parking outside, great discounts on all clothing and footwear. Well worth a visit.

Waited 10 minutes to get a pair of trainers , no one about, so seen a female member of staff trying to look busy sliding clothes up an down a rail, I asked her for help but she didn't even acknowledge me and just got on the radio saying anyone on trainers. I went the 5 steps back to the Nike trainers and waited another 5 minutes but nobody came. I gave up and kept my £100 and spent it in JD. This store needs a rethink and redeploy people to the areas people need help like the trainers where you do need help getting sizes from the back. Looking at reviews I'm not the only one unhappy.

"Excuse me, do you have these in a 12?"..."i'll get someone to come and serve you"...youre right here, why cant you serve me???...no wonder more people choose online, no waiting, the high street is dead. Amazon for me
