This is the largest sauna in Leicester, which can have its drawbacks, as if it is not busy then you can find it hard to make contact. The sauna has a nice bar/relaxation area on the ground floor with a pool table, bar serving food and drinks (free coffee & tea) and the wet-area which has the showers, sauna and steam room and a large heated pool – not exactly a Jacuzzi though. Upstairs is a large video room, various cabins, darkrooms, g.h’s. There is also and open-air terraced area for taking the sun and smoking. The clientele are a little younger than is usual in saunas these days – I would say that the average age was between 25 to 45 on my recent visit on a Sunday lunchtime/afternoon – although there were some older men also in attendance. There were also 50 -60 people visiting during the period I was there. There was also quite an ethnic mix during my visit. The sauna runs themed night including foam parties, under thirties nights with reduced prices for the younger crowd, over 60’s on alternate Wednesday when the youngsters pay the standard entrance fee. There are concessions for the under 25’s on most days too. There are also “gear”days and bears’ days as well – best to check the website. The steam room and upstairs see the most activity. A nice clean place with friendly staff – well worth a visit if you can be sure that it will be busy.

I went to splash in december in Cumunion party. They say it starts at 07pm to 03 am. I went there at 09pm, at 11pm they kicked everyone out , saying that there are not many people, its not busy. there were still 07 people, not fair. Rude staff. If that is the case they should warn this before entrance, that if its not gonna be busy , we will close early. on the door and in website it says will be open until 03 am for Cumunion party. Wasted my money. I wanted to stay longer. I wish i could give 0 stars. Not happy. Not going again to cumunion party.

First time at Splash today. Enjoyed the experience. Even though it was only 11.30 am, there was a good attendance. Made contact very quickly in the steam room, that could have been a bit more steamy, but given the time of day may need to warm up a bit. Played in the private cubicles upstairs. All in all a very good experience. Will be back.

Great first visit with a friend and what stood out for us both was the great customer service, staff where really nice and made you feel welcome and was always busy cleaning and running around but still had time to chat with you. Plenty of parking options and food and drink prices were very good. Highly recommended
