Avoid!! Booked in and paid for a Spa day on a specific day. After phoning the Spa directly a few days later as wasn't given an arrival time, was told they were fully booked and SpaSeekers hadn't bothered to contact them to book us in (which they said they should have done). Glad I rang up and didn't just presume it was sorted! When I called SpaSeekers I was then on hold for an age. Don't risk it, book straight with the Spa/Hotel Group and don't go near these shysters!

Warning from my experience, do not buy vouchers from Spa Seekers. They force you to use the telephone lines to book with them which has typically meant being on hold for over 30 minutes. I do not understand why they do not let you use the website itself - this is nonsensical to me and would likely free up phone capacity. On occasion I have waited to call only to be told the spa I wanted to book is booked up despite being available on the website. Overall its a difficult experience to book with vouchers but you'll get there in the end.

My wife and I booked what looked like a lovely spa day through SpaSeekers last week. The package was fully available on the website and I was allowed to go through, book and confirm payment for the day. A few days later I am contacted and told that the day is not available? My wife and I were so looking forward to this trip, absolutely gutted. The alternative dates offered were no good for us and the alternative venues offered were miles away . We were offered no good will gesture as compensation, despite the fact this was in no way our fault and the package was fully available on the website. Absolute lack of empathy or customer service.

I have used Spa Seekers for years but after my latest experience I will never use them again! Long wait times to speak to them on the phone. Staff/agents are rude and disrespectful. I was told there weren’t any managers to speak to, then when I finally did get to speak to a manager it was basically “Sorry, but we can’t help you” They have taken my money but cancelled my booking. Zero customer service. I’ve booked straight with the Hotel for £12 more, well worth it not too have to deal with spa seekers ever again! Shame they no longer care about their customers who have supported them for years! STILL NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK!
