Agree with previous reviews - absolutely terrible customer service. Went to pick up a small collect+ parcel and was treated with such contempt I'm speechless! Rude, condescending and arrogant!! If you are served by an Indian guy with glasses called Raja, avoid like the plague!! Seriously, do Spar/BP hire any idiot off the street??

Terrible service. My wife was picking up two parcels via Collect+ from here. Both had been scanned and processed, he'd handed one to her and then refused to hand the other one over until he'd served the man behind her. Not the first time we've experienced high levels of rudeness here either.
