Probably even with a bullet in the leg you won't be able to see a doctor. After days of fever which needed antibiotics, receptionists sent me to the pharmacist for some pain killers. Go somewhere else.

I would completely avoid this practice. Doctors are amazing BUT that is only if you can manage to get past the reception first, who are very unlikely to let you see a doctor even if its an emergency.

Wonderful staff, Called yesterday to request a blood test to be taken and was seen today with an appointment. All staff friendly both the receptionist and the nurses. Considering my appointments were in the afternoon, they ran on time and I'm overall happy with the experience today. I Feel like the reviews are mainly negative as people tend to focus on negative experiences more often when this isn't the case so don't let the few low reviews effect your views before booking.

I’ve got to the point with this lot, I’d rather self diagnose and self medicate as apposed to wasting my time, last time I made an appointment probably 4 years ago I waited an hour in the waiting room and was not seen by the doctor! No apology, no phone call to rearrange, nothing! Livid!!!!!

Many thanks to the lovely receptionist at Willow Tree this morning, 9th Jujly, who raised my spirits and made me feel good again. I was feeling very low after a difficult session on the computer trying to organise a repeat prescription and she was full of praise for what I had managed to achieve. All I needed was understanding and she gave me even more. Didn't get her name but many many thanks.

I had a phone appointment with a GP at Southmead & Henbury Family Practice on the 9/10/20. The GP i was assigned to came across as uncaring & indifferent and repeatedly tried to end my phone call appointment before i was able to fully inquire about my condition & it's treatments. Because of this particular GP was unusually forceful and dismissive in tone my diagnosed secondary dystonia was made a lot worse during the phone appointment and hours after the phone appointment. I'm fearful i will be treated like this again by other staff at this practice in the future, and this kind of behaviour by certain GP's will have a negative impact on my dystonia and other muscle spasm related health conditions.
