Great friendly staff who are happy to give good industry advice with years of experience, ordered the filter and parts i needed and rang as soon as they arrived. They offered to arrange a pool guy to come to my house if needed with out any fuss. Happy customer here 👍

I hired these guys to move a hot tub I purchased in Sunshine and needed it transported to Geelong area and then craned over a fence into my back yard. I cannot say enough nice things about the service, friendliness, and professionalism. Really knew what they were doing, took utmost care of my Spa and excellent communication. Even took time out to help educate me on setup and basics of chemical balancing. Just generally nice guys you could trust and have a beer with on a Sunday afternoon who loved their job and the people they help on a daily basis. Thanks guys!

Don't find them helpful at all , waiting over a month and asked 4 times to have a pool cleaner fitted , never get call backs , promises not kept .pool was paid in full to be cleaned and never done properly. I can't recomend them.

Unfortunately, seemed friendly but actually a facade. Was a big waste of time. Was hoping for some advice and upgrade help on one of their installations but due to the bad communication that kept me waiting for months, I gave up on this company. I always try to support local business but when they are as bad as this, as soon as they are gone the better. There are plenty of rersources available now to D.I.Y and you'll save a fortune and get a much better result as noone cares as much as you. Luckily donosaur companies like these are doing a great job of self-extinction.
