Ordering online was easy. Price and quality of product is very good and competitive. In this climate living in Northern Ireland has made it difficult for suppliers in UK mainland to ship to here however, Solent were able to overcome obstacles and get my product to me bang on time. My only complaint which isn't really a complaint is they are near impossible to reach on the phone and dont reply to voice messages as they promise to. I had to send a few emails instead which they did respond to within 24hrs. Overall happy with service and would recommend them to others.

'A pleasure to do business with. Delivery didn't go as smoothly as I'd have liked, but we managed! The quality seems excellent, but the bath isn't fitted yet, so I can't comment on the whirlpool of the bath. There is a 2 year guarantee on the motor, and I'm waiting for details of that for my records.

Amazing service from Barrie at Solent. He was polite, courteous and extremely informative from start to finish. The bath is fantastic and as described, would have no hesitation in recommending this company for all your Whirlpool bath needs.

We were let down badly by The Whirlpool Bathshop who are a local competitor to Solent Whirlpools. After one call to Solent they put my project back on track. They truly value their customers unlike their competitors and went above and beyond to commission our bath and get it to me in record time. Do not even bother looking anywhere else speak to Solent Whirlpools as they are head and shoulders above the rest and good value for money!
