I had a massage today on a sore achilles. Louise was fantastic. She spent just the right time understanding my lifestyle, how i acquired the injury and my expectations of the session. Louise then expertly located and massaged the appropriate areas to give me instant relief. Louise then had a great chat afterwards and recommended how i could best avoid the injury again. A fantastic experience and i would highly recommend for sportspeople! :)

The remedial massage has helped me greatly with muscle tension causing me sleep issues. Slept like a baby! But more than this their personal training background helped to provide practical exercise advice on how to resolve the root causes

I walked into Louise's room yesterday with significant pain in my shoulder, tension all over my back, generally feeling tight, exhausted and tired. An hour and a bit later I walked out: Straight, upright, no more pain, breathing freely and feeling relaxed! Wonderful :-)
