What a pity that someone has painted over the sign which had read strictly no parking except for visitors to the cemetery. I was accosted last year by a resident who claimed I had no right to park my car whilst visiting my parents grave. Two days ago we went to pay our respects and noted that the sign had now been painted over , leaving the words “strictly no parking” What a shame that someone is so narrow minded as to restrict access to a graveyard.

A beautiful place to come for a peaceful walk, to spot wildlife, and, surprisingly, to learn about the history of Bath. The cemetery is maintained by a voluntary group who clearly cherish the place and are doing wonderful things to preserve it.

Walked around this area looking for picturesque scenes back in 1990. Very tranquil and moody at the same time. May have had recent activity as this happened to be the location of a geocache that was part of a long-running video game puzzle from 'Trails - Evolution'.
