I just want to praise Joanna at the London booking office who dealt with my request for an extra leg room seat for my very tall son. Charming, polite and efficient throughout, she maintained the high standards one comes to expect from SIA.

My agent charged $400 to reschedule my flight because the airline'd requested so, it only cost me about10% or 20% of this amount when were with qantas and Cathy pacific. It's so redicilous, my first time fly with Singapore airline and also the last time. Thanks.

The best airline in the world

There were games and television shows to occupy my time. They even provided some pillows and blankets, earphones... Anyway, you guys must try it!

The seat is really uncomfortable and seats are very closely placed.

I booked international business flights with singapore airlines. They cancelled the flights 7 days before departure without a rebooking option provided.

Worse airline in the market. Used to be fantastic but has declined massively in the last 24 months. I took a business flight for gbp 5000 in December 2019 and had just disgustingly bad service. Dietary restrictions were ignored, business lounge disgusting, no hot water, no real food, airplane cabin was falling apart, staff extremely rude, suitcase destroyed, no repair offered. The list goes on and on. Just fly BA...!
