Lovely shop! The manager could not have been more helpful in arranging delivery and making sure all our furniture arrived together and when we needed it. Our house has a very small staircase but the delivery men were excellent in getting all the bedroom furniture up through the tight space! Excellent service and wonderful furniture. Would definitely recommend!

5/ 5

I have placed three separate orders this year and each one has been consistently excellent from start to finish. The quality of the furniture is excellent and very competitively priced. On the phone, everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and courteous, and the delivery drivers are brilliant. So helpful and happy. It makes such a difference getting furniture from a family business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or order again from them.

Carla Link: Me and my Partner ordered the Kingston corner sofa in grey back in May. Before the sofa

Carla Link: Me and my Partner ordered the Kingston corner sofa in grey back in May. Before the sofa had even arrived I had to chase the shop as they had invoiced us the wrong price that was agreed. The sofa arrived broken and also two different shades of grey. When I showed the shop the photo's of the mismatch they agreed and we're happy to send a whole new sofa to fix the colour problem and the broken piece. Again when the 2nd sofa arrived it was exactly the safe and two different colours. A technician came out who agreed their was a difference in colours and that there was a fault. I spoke to Silcox after who then changed their mind and told me that it was due to the lighting in our flat. When I explained that it wasn't I was simply told I was wrong. As a solution they ordered another sofa to be delivered to the shop that we could see in their lightening. Of course it was again two shades of grey which they decided was not a fault in sofa. There was no apology even though they had clearly told me I was wrong and that it was due to our lightig. We made numerous deals that they continued to break as it suited them. I did not once speak to the manager Charlie as Andy continued to say I would. The way they treated me as a customer was disgusting and I felt so pressured by the end of the discussions that I accepted the faulty sofa instead of asking for a full refund. I would not recommend this shop and seek other suppliers where I guarantee you would get a better service.

Excellent service from the start to the delivery point. The items that i have purchased recently are fantastic quality, there is a special feel to the style and i was helped at the Bath shop by Andy Porter with so much patience, good advice and listening to what my needs were. The delivery team was just as good, friendly and careful. they assembled what needed assembling and left me with a hassle-free feel to enjoy. Thank you!
