Appointment took ages. Can only phone in for appointment at 8am but I’ve tried over 100 of times to call where the line was always busy until 8.30 but still cannot get an appointment. Receptionist was truly rude and unprofessional. She sounds like she comes from hell and everybody needs to die before her. Joke.

This is where my favourite doctor I've ever had is located (Dr Phipps) so I don't want to change my doctors. But the reception is absolutely a joke, I have tried getting through to them and called 138 times without 1 single answer. Apparently I can't make an appointment 2-3 weeks in advance and then when I call when they suggest I do no one ever answers. I have had receptionists tell me I should be more on top of my prescriptions for example, and call in advance. I've even been sent away from reception in the building and told to call another day. I am sick of being blamed for running out of my medication which I can not miss it all instead of a receptionist doing their actual jobs. Doctors there are amazing but reception needs to change or get retrained and drill into their heads that they are not the doctor so they need to stop acting like they are.

Most unhelpful receptionist ever!!!! Chubby woman, bobbed hair and glasses. She needs to learn some serious customer service skills. She is so rude & abrupt. The other receptionists are helpful & go out their way to help but she brings the whole place down.
