Absolutely disgusting and rude woman on duty in the ticket office at Shoreham By Sea West Sussex this morning (27/02/2019) Had my daughter in tears! Seriously in need of a lesson in manners and some customer service education, I will be making a formal complaint!! This needs to be addressed!

3/ 5

For the most part the station is well equipped - staffed ticket office, ticket machines, refreshments stands - but the 'wheelchair access' between the platforms consists of leaving the station, using the level crossing and re-entering the station on the other side - which is not much use if the train is coming and crossing gates are down! The service to London has also decreased in frequency since we moved here in 2012.
