It's a shame Morwellham village is mostly shut. But the pub is open and the microbrewery there produces some great real ale. Picked up a few bottles when we visited!! Also some lovely local walks, try exploring New Quay.

Fantastic place full of history and so many amazing things to see there. The pub serves up excellent food very reasonably priced. I recommend the Morwellham Cider brewed on site. Camping there for a week was an absolute joy. The owners and staff made our stay perfect and nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly be going back again.

Visited several times over the years as it is normally a Living History Museum. This year it is closed due to Covid but open as a Campsite. What a fantastic, restful spot to have the privilege to stay. The Ship Inn is a great pub, serving excellent food.

Stayed just the one night. Not the sites fault but the weather was awful. Not a good introduction to camping. Would of liked to be able to park my car next to my tent like other sites. Toilets were clean and the young lady who greeted me friendly. Nice views.

We camped here over the weekend and had a fantastic fun family get away, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a Sunday roast dinner in the Ship Inn pub and it was THE best roast dinner we've ever had, spectacular food and we will be returning :-)
