Lucy is a very experienced Shiatsu practitioner. I have not had lots of Shiatsu massage in my life and cannnot really compare. However, I do know that Lucy pays attention to detail and is a good listener. After my session I felt improved ease of movement and overall wellbeing.

I’ve been getting seeing Lucy Trend for bodywork for 20 years!! This says it all really. But to be clear- I think she’s the best shiatsu therapist in the whole of Scotland. She provides other treatments too- including oil massage and Thai yoga massage and not only is she experienced and extensively trained, she’s intuitive and always knows how to give my body what it needs. I’ve recommended Lucy to so many people. She’s the first person I go to when I need some extra relaxation or I’m stressed or aching. I can’t rate her highly enough really. She’s a wise soul too. She’s helped me communicate with my own GP to get health issues looked into properly. Had a really energising treatment just yesterday and I’m planning my next one. 5 stars!
