One of the worst services that they do not listen to and do not understand your situation, what they focus on is one thing and you feel disrespect. Especially the gentleman who works there, he has no support from him, they are wasting money for charities and governments, saying that they will help vulnerable people ...... they do not help at all !!!

Rubbish service, didn't want to help even though I explained my situation. All I got is we can't help come back after Easter. If you go in looking clean forget it. They expect just because you've got no where properly to live your gona be scruffy or a drug addict. Needs to be shut down.

One of the worst services ever they don’t listen to you or understand your situation properly all

One of the worst services ever they don’t listen to you or understand your situation properly all they focus on is one thing and you feel disrespected by them. Especially the man who works their Steven I had no support from him what’s so ever, They waste Charities and Governments money saying they will help vulnerable people. I am sick of services like these a lot of ignorant rude people in Manchester and it lacks from a lot of services and people have no experience how to deal or handle people and everyone is different, You can’t treat everyone the same. Manchester has a long way before it becomes a better city if that ever happens I can see a lot of racism that goes on. People say it’s a very diverse city and people mix in well with other people from different cultures and backgrounds nobody mixes in with anyone. I don’t recommend any services in Manchester they are all the same your having to fight for your own rights all the time.
