Divorce is a strenuous and painful exercise. Like anybody else we didn’t knew where to start. When we tried to find solicitor we had numerous questions - how does it work ? How much it cost? What timeframe we are taking? What are my rights? What are my chances? Where does my case stand given my own circumstances as each case is different? Would my solicitor understand? Can I trust my solicitor? With all these questions we started to search for solicitors. Spoke to numerous to begin with and immediately got hit with roadblocks and bureaucrat and red tape. All solicitors wanted monies without even caring to understand the case. Half an hour free appointment and then immediate money demand. Luckily happen to phone Richard Sharp who was extremely patient, asked counter questions to us for his understanding without having a look at his watch. After careful listening he told us black and white where we stood, what options we had, what timeframe we looking for? Total cost it involves? Support that is available, made us feel reassured. We started divorce and financial separation proceedings in October 2020 and it was all done by March 2021 (coronavirus time). Throughout the case he guided us, advised us, kept us informed, supported us, didn’t let other party take advantage of vulnerability, was patient, informative. Yes it is costly to use solicitor but that is the case with every solicitor but with Richard Sharp one can rely you aren’t been taken advantage of and what you are being told and advised is a genuine legal advise. I would recommend Richard Sharp to anybody who doesn’t know what to do and needs genuine legal support and guidance. He is pragmatic and gives you the right advise and doesn’t mince the words and tells you actual facts unlike other solicitors. Thank you Richard Sharp for all your support and guidance in our case.
