Fantastic, friendly service. From the first viewing when we initially met Ben, we knew the whole process of the sale of our second home was in safe hands with Savills. Jennifer Kendrew was our daily point of contact with Savills York and we consider ourselves very lucky to have worked with her throughout this process. We received invaluable advice prior to putting the house on the market and throughout the sales process. Their photography company, who completed the images for both the sales brochure and internet images, were highly professional and worked wonders. There were a few hundred miles between our residence and the house we were selling, leading to its own challenges, but Jennifer could not have been more helpful and motivational. From the one and only open day, which Jennifer attended, several offers were received, culminating in the final sale. No mean feat in the current uncertain and challenging economic climate. Regardless of the issues to be discussed, Jennifer handled all communication with ourselves in a pro-active way as well as tricky negotiations with 3rd parties. Should a problem or delay arise, Jennifer always found a way to solve it with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. We would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer and the Savills York team for anyone considering selling their house in the area.
