As soon as I walked in, I was instantly at ease - greeted by a bright, friendly and professional reception team. The space was relaxing, clean and spacious. Nurse Tara (who I saw) was professional, thorough, very knowledgeable and evidently passionate about her work. No trip to hospital is without worry, but using Sandhurst Plastic Surgery and the Bendigo Day Surgery made it much less daunting. All the staff were lovely being caring, considerate, efficient and friendly. I was very happy with my treatment.

Wonderful staff very helpful in organizing my zoom call with Dr Andrew Campbell-lloyd. Having a phone consultation was a new experience. The consultation went very well and Dr Andrew Campbell-lloyd has wealth of information and was able to explain and answer all my questions.
