Sam’s Chicken london

Always served quickly, food is nice. Clean shop, nice staff. But chicken can be dry some times not always.

the BEST place for chicken. the chicken burgers are very nice and the piri piri chips are amazing. the staff are SO kind and welcoming. the shop is always clean and hygiene looks good. HIGHLY recommend.

Absolute disgrace, ordered through UBER eats for delivery. Completely the wrong thing turned up. I ordered the CLUB Box Meal which includes fries and chicken strips with a Tower burger. Only the burger turned up. Tried calling Sams but no one bothered picking up. UBER eats wont help me either. Complete f-ing shambles to be honest. Oh and to add insult to injury the burger was cold and underwhelming. So all in all im left sat in my flat, hungry and angry!!! Will never order again from these jokers. Stick to KFC!

The people who work at this store are very friendly yet professional. I am a regular customer and am very happy with service that I get from this store. Nothing spectacular, like any other fast takeaway. Ordered peri Peru, requested it to be spicy and hot, was bland. Seemingly dont listen to additional notes for restaurant either. Chicken had strands of veins, not sure if cleaned meat.

Take my daughter here once a week as a treat.. always listen to what we requested...I.e no mayo etc. Fast and fresh. She loves it

I love Sam's chicken so much. I had Sam's in all places in London but this was the crappiest chicken I had.

Sam's Chicken West Ealing consistently offers good food and service. The BBQ chicken wings, peri chicken wings, and spicy fries all taste delicious and full of flavour. The service is friendly and quick. The cleanliness and decor of the dining area are perfectly acceptable. A small issue is there occasionally may be a long wait (up to 15 minutes) for the chicken wings to be cooked if there are not enough ready for your order - and I was advised by one of the chefs a few months ago that there that is no way to place an order in advance for collection to avoid the possibility of this wait. Overall, a reliable and delicious cheap-eat.

Overall a decent if unspectacular chicken shop, however they do boast the consistently best wings in Ealing, staff are friendly and the food is solid
