Terrible customer service. So many problems totally unprofessional. I rang this company and on their website it stated a £30 offer for a 1 hour massage however i was a then told it was £35 an hour and the £30 offer is for the weekend. Nevertheless i still agreed to book an appointment for 2 hours. I then drove to the venue and was told they would not be doing a massage for 2 hours only 1 hr at most 1.5hrs I was told this by the owner. She was extremely uncooperative and at this point i was very disappointed due to the owners behaviour and lack of understanding. I informed her of the issue with the offer She advised the website was owned by the previous owner and the offer they had was incorrect prices. I also informed her that I was booked in for 2hrs but she just said i do not do massages more than 1.5hrs and that her colleague did not know i do not believe that for a second. She did not care about the inconvenience caused nor did she or any of her colleagues call to cancel or correct the issue, on top of this rather than provide a good Will gesture she was charging me top price a bit of joke considering how i was treated. Ps she said you can go somewhere else then now that’s not brilliant customer service!

Best Thai Massage In Bradford!!! Natalia has fix my bad back and give me a lovely Hot stone massage for 90 minutes !! I feel alive again , If you have a promble this is a best place to go Thank you Natalie !!!! Highly recommed.
