The lady who did my waxing today was sweet but barely spoke english which meant it was tough to stop her when she kept overwaxing, repeatedly waxing the same spots. As a result I am very sore and very red. It was hard to get anyone to talk to me so I could thoroughly explain the situation. Even when I did finally mention it to someone else working there I did not feel it was taken seriously at all. Please train people!

Had my eyebrows done here 3 times. First time they was extremely good,although the staff was a little rude. I didnt mind too much as I come out with what I went in for. The second time I went,my eyebrows was Okay, not the best but they wasnt awful. The staff was really friendly this time. However the 3rd time I went was awful, the manager was lovely and apologised. The women who threaded my eyebrows did an amazing job and was very nice an polite but then two ladies started to tint them. When a forth lady came over and said I had the tint on long enough and wide it off. She left what I believe to be hair dye,all down my face. Luckily enough I only live over the road. But this one was an awful experience. It's a shame because most of the staff are lovely and polite.

To make it worse, they are now treating this review as fake and completely disregarding the fact I did book into the salon with the name MAAHAM. I will not be calling into the salon as I do not want to deal with their poor service again. I’ve seen how they mocked other customers. Completely unprofessional and rude
