So I’ve been with this clinic for 2 years now and for some reason they’ve been switching up my CATS medication which she has epilepsy. The first medication I got was actually a DOGS medication; I have no idea if it will work or not because myself is not a veterinarian. So I hoped it would work but I felt really uncomfortable that she a CAT was taking DOG medication. Us humans are also animals so does that mean we can take gorilla medication? I didn’t think so. Moving my cat soon I don’t want to be grieving her death any time soon.

Great place for your animals, as they have a large body of staff on hand with suitable specializations. The "Small animal" clinic attached to the college has 3 different waiting areas for dogs, cats and others. The vets are knowledgeable and kind. The staff is great. You actually get your appointment pretty much on time. Priority is given to animals with more threatening issues, which is what all pet owners want.

Rude reception and poor customer service. Vets and treatment okay albeit a few admin errors such as wrong dates, no stamps etc but as it’s a teaching hospital I try see past it. Will definitely move to another vet as each time we go we have to go back as something hasn’t been done.
