Roots of the Earth Spa – Gloucester

Went along reluctantly with my wife but was so pleasantly surprised. Friendly, calm and welcoming. The infrared sauna room was clean, spacious and was in a private room with changing area and shower. Once warmed up, Milena escorted me into a therapy room where I was left in privacy to rest on the massage table. Without me advising nor being asked where the aches were, Milena worked her way around my back and found every tiny knotted area. Even in places I hadn't noticed were unsettled. Best back massage I've ever had. I immediately bought a gift voucher for my best Welsh friend who will remain anonymous but who has ongoing problems with his back.. I look forward to his feedback. Will definitely book another session for myself and the wife, unless she beats me to it .

What a little gem of a place 💎 Lovely staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The infa red sauna is set in a lovely space. And the massage after was total bliss!! Highly recommend.

Wow, what a surprise! Having booked an appointment online, I was a tad disconcerted on arriving because the outside didn't look anything like a spa to me. Once through the door however, everything was perfect. They were expecting me, and I had a friendly welcome. The room was perfect, and the ayurvedic massage was bliss! It was so refreshing to have something different to the usual massages offered in the UK. After having a chat over a cup of herbal tea, I was offered a tour of the rest of the spa and shown the infra-red sauna in its gorgeous private room. I'll definitely be going back .... but what to choose next time? Thanks so much and I hope that you continue to go from strength to strength.

Fantastic full body massage by Prakash who was very professional throughout. Felt very relaxed and stress free. Best massage I've had in a long time and I've had many. There was no comparison with the quality of massage by Prakash. My husband also attended and had a great massage and sauna. Very friendly team that were so warm and welcoming, we were instantly put at ease. We will definitely be back. Thank you team.

Had the most wonderful massage, absolutely superb. Calm, considerate, polite and welcoming atmosphere. The massage itself was faultless. A very highly skilled and intuitive therapist. Cannot recommend highly enough.
