I was in this clinic today with my mother and my son. There were no vacant seats in the waiting room so we waited in the next room sitting on the floor. After some time a woman came to me and said that my child was disturbing everyone and it would be better if I took him for a walk. My son is 2.5 years old, he did not approach or accost anyone, he played with me and my mother. I am shocked that someone treated my child and me in this way. I did not think that laughter and fun of a 2.5-year-old child can disturb others. On the wall was information about no dogs allowed not children

The building hosts two practices: Llandaff Fields and Taff Riverside practice. Neither practice will take appointments but they do walk-in between 8:30 and 10am.

Receptionists and practise manager at this surgery are a disgrace. No manners or self respect what so ever. They behave like animals. One time it was so bad i pointed out to the receptionist her mistake and incompetance, politely, and then the Practise manager came on the phone shouting down at me, it was absolutely disgusting, and when she was proven wrong she hung up the phone. Not to mention all the dirogotory signs directed at patients all across the walls. Things have only slightly improved ever since they introduced the walk in appointments. If it wasn’t for 1 doctor who I've been with for 20 odd years i would have left this sorry excuse for a surgery a long time ago.

Review

Friendly quick and efficient service. Doctors and receptionists are always smiling and helpful. I never waited more then 15 min to see a doctor when using walk-in service.
