We booked a couples massage here based on our hotels recommendation, it was lovely and we both got exactly what we asked for. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Only suggestion would be having a couples massage room to have both together, but this didn't ruin the experience.

I booked a seashell massage, a first for me (I was lucky - this is a specialty at Ripple and only a few areas offer it. Ali pulled some strings!) and I wasn't disappointed. What a new and wonderful experience! I would recommend to anyone who's booking a treatment to ask about the seashell massage. Thanks Ali and the Ripple team!

Had the best couples massages with Amanda and Terry on the weekend. Just fantastic, could not fault them. Would book again in a heart beat.

Few days ago I had corporate massage for an event and it really helped me a lot. I'm impressed with their service, they are excellent on it. I wish I knew this place before, I recommend this place to everyone.

My therapist was friendly and punctual but unfortunately, this is where the good review ends. Her towels smelt like rancid oil and we're rough from washing. I had a three hour package and it was three hours of body oiling. No matter how much I told her she could go deeper, she just rubbed and gently circled the same spots. It was excruciatingly long and awful. She gave me advice on how to lose weight! Not solicited and certainly not what I want to hear about in such a vulnerable position (I'm only a 12!) I have been a therapist for 21 years, so I know what I'm talking about when I say, this therapist was NOT trained! Not even the general training. Very disappointed. 🙁
