David in the Glasgow branch helped me out a great deal. I had a conundrum in connecting a 1960's turntable through a 1980's amp to a brand new speaker. David has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to recommend a simple way to achieve this... now enjoying spinning some vinyl again!!

I was looking for new speaker cable and went into the Glasgow branch. On showing me the various options Peter was, not only very helpful, but also most knowledgeable. He made up the cables exactly as I ordered. A very pleasant shopping experience, especially in this day and age, where service seems to be a growing thing of the past.

Been going here for over 25 years. They are second to none. The staff are very helpful and give great and honest advice on what to purchase. Their equipment is of high quality and very reasonably priced. They take time to advise and their advice is always very good. I will always buy my electrical goods here if I need to ever buy any more as the kit I've bought here seems to last forever brilliant job done by all of you I highly recommend this shop.

Bought a T.V. from them in the Glasgow store a couple of months ago, was hit with the usual sales patter and pressured into buying something on the day (despite me coming in with the intention of comparing two different T.V.s they had on the website, they could not be bothered setting up the second T.V. for me to help decide, and instead pushed me towards the more expensive option). Tried to resolve issue via e-mail but no resolution.
