Cannot recommend Bradley and Laura enough! 5* Service and an incredibly smooth handover, when my case handler was on Annual Leave. Regular updates and all involved in the process were blown away with how quickly and efficiently the transaction was.

I have just purchased a house and RG Law dealt with the process brilliantly from start to finish. Lauren was fantastic and managed to get our house completed a week quicker than we had hoped after our developer gave the wrong dates for completion. I cannot fault the company at all and would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone! 5 star service!

Just bought and sold a house using Laura at RG Law and she did a great job, communication was spot on, always answered any queries promptly and offered advice when necessary. Also far better value for money than almost every other solicitors and didn't try to string out the already drawn out process like some solicitors seem to do so I would definitely recommend. Thanks for all your hard work!

Faye at RG Law has been absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re buying a house, particularly if you’re a first time buyer. She helped me every step of the way.

To be perfectly honest, it's much of a bittersweet experience. First of all, I'm relieved that the my solicitor is able to complete everything by the stamp duty deadline - which is amazing considering that I only have him for two months. However, it's important to note that he's been very difficult to reach (I tried emails and calls) and nobody ever updates you about the progress (and the portal is simply quite useless). The process is very stressful, and I still haven't received any proper explanation regarding why there is a miscommunication between the sellers solicitor and mine for two weeks (and I've no idea about that until I decided to give the estate agent a call instead). So long story short, if this is something common among all solicitors, then I don't see a huge problem because I did manage to get it done. However, you do have to pay lots of time and effort into nudging them, which can simply be a nerve wrecking experience.

no communication no idea what they're doing terrible AVOID USING THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS!!!! solicitor with the initials E.T ignores calls and emails and constantly falls back on endless auto out of office responses or "voicemails" which conveniently are never received E.T requires help with understanding the legal implications of a restriction B3 and has taken 3 weeks to accept responsibility of own job E.T has also refused to act on clients behalf and then backtracked on this when mortgage company has questioned why the law firm has accepted a client if they are unable to act on their behalf before you reply to this saying I am not a client of yours as your get of jail free card, try looking for a client of yours selling a house in longfield, kent. STILL TRYING TO SELL AS A RESULT OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED. I WOULD PUT IN TO QUESTION YOUR SOLICITOR E.T AND START QUESTIONING THEIR CAPABILITIES FOR THE JOB THEY DO. wouldn't recommend this firm if they were the last firm on earth! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, better off hiring a 2 year old

Customer/Client focussed property lawyers. A house purchase is never the least stress free transaction to undertake in life. However RG Law made the experience virtually pain free and pulled out the stops to deliver for me. I am fully aware of the current surge in property purchase/sales due to the Stamp Duty holiday but Laura Baldwin from RG Law YORK gave me first class, expeditious and professional service. I was provided with updates at times outside office hours and RG Law YORK went the extra mile often managing others in the process to ensure the purchase was completed for me in the given time frames. Cannot recomend enough to ensure at least one part of the property purchase / sale runs as it should. Thank You Laura and the team. Well Done Matt

On completion day, RGLaw emailed our solicitor requesting that he provide proof of his Solicitors Regulation Authority ID. RGLaw had been working with our Solicitor for 3 months, they should have checked the Solicitors Register right at the beginning of the process. We were the seller of the property, RGLaw caused unnecessary stress, extra work that was totally unprofessional.Unbelievable working practice.

This company is a pain in the backside to deal with, they never answer the phone, or answer an email. They spent weeks 'reviewing' our case to tell me with three days to go to completion there was various issues leaving us scrabbling around at the last minute. Utterly shocking
