Super helpful! I went in with blinds to fix on Saturday and was helped by Dean and Anita from the Sutton branch, covering for colleagues in Oxford, and they went out of their way to help us find the right brackets and chains, etc. You don't get that level of service on line - so friendly and welcoming, knowledgable about the product and helpful.

We had our blinds fitted and an awning installed by Chris from the Oxford branch. Chris was fantastic throughout the whole process - friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgable and reliable. Everything was done on time; Chris made the whole process remarkably easy and the service was excellent. The blinds and awning look fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased.
