One word amazing. Great communication from booking to delivery to pick up. We found the perfect package to suit our needs with their help :) super friendly and helpful throughout - going above and beyond what is expect a business to do in terms of customer service. The hot tubs and extras themselves were perfect, at a bargain of a price! We've already booked ourselves another 3 hires this year - can't recommend enough !!

A little disspapointed with this company! Booked for end of May bank holiday week end only to s have no hot tub turn up. I messaged the owner to ask what time she would be arriving only to be told she tried to call and left a message to say she had to cancel my booking due to I’ll health. I called my voicemail and no voicemail or missed call was on my phone! I have since message her and her business partner for my deposit to be fully refunded as I had to make alternative plans. I am yet still waiting to receive that payment after being told it will be with me in 24Hrs. Communication has been really poor and I feel completely let down! Rent a Spa please refund my money

Buyer beware . This 2 bit organisation failed miserably Ordered hen package in Feb for April... When arrived spa was punctured and had to keep being pumped up, lots of things from promised package missing (and on the date of set up we were told they no longer did the "hen" package) including the main gazebo, lights and music outlet, so major rush out to buy our own, some hens couldn't make it as late setting up ,then when trying to reasonably negotiate refund , the director comes up with all sorts of excuses and threatens police attendance...not a prob as they sent texts to remind us collection would be at 9am ..After waiting in all day, they turn up at 2.30pm just as hubby was going out on school run. So yes, at that point entry was refused .. At this stage the disheveled looking man became abusive to my husband Was finally agreed a full refund and still waiting days and days later Even after I allowed extra time for the director to return from holiday.. Either way... I would be very very cautious of ordering anything from this company ..I've always believed in customer satisfaction to keep and expand your business.... I'm happy to post some of the rude and very unprofessional messages if you need more clarification. Stay away... They cost you way more than their "reasonable" packages ..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Thought this looked legitimate. Complete scam. Stupidly paid in full final instalment requested 48 hours before delivery for my daughters 8 th birthday party this weekend. Owner/director failed to show and kept putting delivery time back from Thursday. Eventually told it would be with us Friday by 8pm (for the party on Saturday 2nd) At 7.30 on Friday 1st June the owner cancelled. Told have to wait 14 days for a refund. I don’t believe this will happen as the owner is now ignoring my messages. Also the other shareholder of the company is claiming that she is not liable for any refunds. I have evidence of her vile behaviour to others on Friday night after claiming via her business partner she was too ill to refund my money. I will be taking this further. To small claims court, trading standards after having found out Friday night I am one of MANY in my local area that have been scammed out of this money!!! Shocking customer service. DO NOT BOOK as you will be ripped off. Rent-a-spa please pay my money back!!!
