Not good communication unsatisfactory. Took car in for MOT and service 9 00 Thursday failed but had to phone 4 20 and told work needed parts did not arrive until 4 00 next day Friday told would be ready next day Sat. did not hear anything despite phoning and leaving messages. Got a lift down to them to be told by salesman bonnet still up and no information available Disgusted after being a customer for 25 years.

Great dealership! I was looking for a little run around to get me to work for a low budget. Sean, the sales person and Wayne the manager, done their best to find a car for me, searching different branches as well. Unfortunately my budget was too low, but I will definitely be going back once I've done a bit more saving. The team were all so friendly and helpful

Wow, what a change to find a dealer that actually cares for the customer, not like my local main dealer. Big thank you to Jason for pushing the car through the workshop and valeting it, so I could collect within 24hrs. What a team, I will definitely travel the 60 miles to purchase my next Renault from these guys, Keep up the excellent work and customer satisfaction Thank you once again Gary
