I absolutely cannot thank Mollie and the staff at Reeds Rains enough! From being prompt in arranging a viewing to suit mine and my partners schedules, patiently answering questions from nervous first time renters and all round just nice people, our experience has been so positive. We collect our keys on Saturday which we're very excited about! The whole process has been so smooth and stress free. Thank you all so much. We hope our next property can be with you too.

Just got off the phone (on a Saturday afternoon) with Sophie at Reeds Rains to schedule a viewing. Haven't done the viewing just yet, but I am absolutely delighted with how helpful and friendly Sophie has been so far. There are not enough stars to highlight how we feel. Joshua Leetham is one of a kind, someone you will never forget, for all the right reasons. He is professional, kind, conscientious, understanding, emphatic, patient, non-judgmental and will always go over and above to support you as best he can. Seriously cannot speak highly enough of him. We will be recommending him without any hesitation. To simply say thank you doesn't feel enough for us. He has been by our sides through every step.
