Reach the Peak combines the freedom and beauty of mountains and nature with NLP coaching techniques to help individuals who feel stressed, stuck or in need of inspiration. Cat is an INLPTA certified Trainer (International NLP Trainer’s Association) – a school of coaching well known for its ethics, professionalism and thoroughness of teaching. Their courses are a little bit longer than other courses available out there, but you come away with such a depth of knowledge and understanding, meaning you’re ready to use your new skills as soon as you step out of the classroom. Cat first came across NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in 2010 and, after a few different taster sessions to find the right training body, qualified as an NLP Practitioner in 2014 and completed her Master Practitioner in 2017. She uses NLP every day to help solve problems and move her life forwards, and she loves helping others to do the same! Cat now offers NLP coaching and in-person NLP training courses in Edinburgh.
