I am so pleased I bought my car here! I have never had such an easy efficient experience at a garage. I bought my car online and had it delivered. James A was fantastic in providing me details of the car and dealing with the purchase which was quick and easy. Peter was excellent and delivered the car and explained everything to me. Friendly customer service, transparent about the car and very reasonable price. A fantastic experience from start to finish; I would recommend Ray Chapman Motors to anyone. I have always bought my cars locally from Bristol Street Motors and I am so glad I changed and went here; a much better experience overall and better cars! I will be returning in the future when I need another car. I cannot recommend this garage enough; thank you for my car, I love it!

Recently bought a used Vauxhall Corsa Automatic and we are delighted with the car and the treatment we received at Ray Chapman. As we had never driven an automatic before Dan took us for a test drive/driving lesson and was very calm and patient, which helped to make the experience less daunting. Dan was very easy going and friendly and we felt no pressure at all. Would recommend this dealership (and the coffee"s good too.)

Ray Chapman Motors get 5 stars from me. Quality customer service from start to finish from all the team and especially Ben. I enquired about a competitively priced Mercedes E-Class, I was immediately introduce to Ben who gave me a really good personalised video walk through of the Car. I was really impressed and decided to proceed with purchasing the vehicle. Ben went to extra lengths to ensure my car was delivered on-time! I will be recommending to my friends.

The team at Ray Chapman are absolutely fantastic. We’ve not long had our second XC90 since 2016, and the service we receive from Ray Chapman is a good enough reason within itself to stay with the brand. A big up to Nigel, Barry and all the team in service for looking after us so well. A traditional family run business, with all the qualities that brings and with bang up-to-date facilities.
