My mother who had dementia was sent to the emergency room at night. She was sent back home in the morning after they said she was fine. However a few hours later she was back in hospital as one of the doctors punctured her lung. She died a few days later.

We recently attended A & E for a potential stroke which thankfully turned out to be Bells Palsy. The attention we received was absolutely fantastic very little time was wasted from the time we arrived to the time we left and in that time very many procedures were carried out very efficiently. All members of staff were excellent cant thank you all enough especially during the current difficulties.

That hospital, especially emergency is a joke! No ambulance was sent for my granddaughter, yet outside a&e was parked 6 of them, and crews chatting and laughing. After organising our own transport we were waiting with 6 year old girl, with over 40 degrees fever for 7 hours till somebody seen her, and that is SITTING AMONGST JUNKIES AND DRUNKS FOR 7 HOURS!!! Probably if little girl was a junkie she would be attended to immediately, and ambulance would be sent. I wish I could stop paying taxes to fund such useless organisation as NHS Bring back Margaret Thatcher so she could privatise the whole lot! Nobody would pay these clowns to sit and do nothing Disgraceful!
