Just had my new superior pent shed delivered and installed. I chose to have it built on a timber frame base, an extra cost but well worth the expense. Pre-delivery service was excellent as was installation. Marco and team are very knowledgeable, tidy and efficient. Quality does cost a little extra but I learn from previous experiences that you live with bad quality decisions everyday.

Would not recommend this company on their customer service alone. Arranged a site visit (I took a day off work for this), they didn't turn up - when I chased them up they were apparently stuck at another job. I re-arranged for them to come another day and left work early to meet them - they didn't turn up, no phone call to say they couldn't make it, and they haven't had the common curtesy to return my calls. Will obviously be taking my business elsewhere.

Roofing felt came away less than 3 weeks after installation. Phoned for advice but phone not answered for several hours. Had to do temporary repair myself and found that original nails were too short (confirmed by owner) to anchor the felt. The felt also tore and was replaced by them but now I've got a leak in the roof I didn't have before! Emailed them for comment/explanation but have not had the courtesy of a reply. Two stars is generous!

Excellent from start to finish. Good advice from Will - we chose the Sunflower, to replace our 21 year old Potting shed, which we had also bought from Quality Buildings, and which finally bit the dust. Delivery was less than 2 weeks after ordering, and the shed was erected quickly and efficiently. We also bought the transparent sealer which was easy to apply. Many thanks for a brilliant job!

We have just had a cabin / summerhouse installed by Leigh and his team and we are delighted with our new cabin. From the outset we have been impressed by the service provided. We have had superb advice from Leigh and the team of boys who installed the cabin were professional in every way and were a pleasure to deal with. We can recommend highly.

Broke a stain glass window when installing fencing. Reused some of the existing posts when installing "new fencing". Had previously purchased a shed from the same company and was happy with there work therefore returned for fencing. They did offer to replace posts once this was highlighted and agreed to the cost of the replacement glass. Not happy with feedback so should maybe step up quality control rather than expecting customers to report any problems.

If I were able to give this company a zero rating I would. I ordered an 8 x 6 shed and was pleased with the quality of the shed with one small grumble. There were knots that were right on the edge of one of the slats on the door. I spoke to the company (Will) and sent him photos. He told me they would either replace the slat or, if necessary, the door. That's when the frustration began and the reason for this review. I was given an appointment, waited in all day but nobody arrived and I received no phone call giving any reason. I rang the company again and was promised another date. This happened - in total - 5 times. This meant 5 wasted days when I had to wait at home with nobody turning up. Excuses varied. They were "up to their eyes in work", their contractors had let them down, the weather ... I have lost count of the number of times I had to ring them. They very rarely returned phone calls. On the final appointment when a contractor was supposed to arrive, the owner of the company turned up, asked what the problem was, looked at the door and told me the knot was a phenomenon of wood (I am not a stupid woman). I told him it was the position of the knot that was poor. He told me this would not be sorted but that if anything happened in the future, it would be covered under guarantee. Customer service is obviously not in their vocabulary and I would not touch them again with a barge pole.
