We contacted quality Direct to quote us on 2 large windows, the response and excellent service we received continued from start to finish. An absolutely brilliant service and quality. Would highly recommend .

This company don't even deserve a one star. Be warned before using these cowboy builders DO NOT touch this company with a bargepole changed their name from Quality Direct Conservatories to Quality Direct to avoid compensation or to rectify shabby work. This company should be put out of business. Seriously thinking about contacting the cowboy builder’s programme.

Be warned before using this company. We had a window shatter which was caused by heat expansion. This was confirmed by our insurance company surveyor. I contacted quality direct who informed me that glass was not covered under the warranty (it's 90% glass) I have read the warranty and can't find anywhere where it states the glass is not covered. The owner was extremely rude and uninterested in even looking at it to confirm if it was covered or not. In fact he suggested I smashed my own window (what a complete insult). Be warned before using this cowboy company.

My 7 windows and 1 door took 6 days install, despite being told they would take 2 days. I would advise you to check the product carefully so you are sure of what you are getting i.e window hinges, locks. My kitchen window was removed before realising that the new window was the wrong size. My old window was roughly put back in place and was very drafty. It remained like this for 2 weeks until the new window was made and delivered. One double glazed unit was broken when it was installed, had to wait 2 weeks for that to be changed. The manager offered no apology and in fact seemed unaware and uninterested in what was happening regarding the work. Customer service is sadly lacking. I would not recommend this company as I think they are unprofessional. I do not know how they got such high ratings on Check a Trade. I would watch the Watchdog video regarding Check a Trade which may explain that.

Lovely family run business. Had my new door fitted on Monday and could not be more pleased with it. Installation was good and the product is lovely. Will be back for windows! Thank you

Though waiting time for installation was against us, the quality of the windows and doors are super and skill set of the installer was top marks. I would definitely use this company again and hope Corona doesn't say otherwise.

Quality Direct was recommended to me from a neighbour around 11 years ago for my Windows. All new windows through out and new front door, 5*. Early last year I called them back for a new conservatory and another great job. Late last year Quality Direct started on my 1 storey extension which came in on time and on budget. Overall QD was here on time every morning, tidy workmanship and the work has always been top notch. Would I recommend them, yes and always call on them if any further work is required.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Quality Direct. The extension they have constructed for us is nothing short of outstanding. The only thing better than the extension itself was the customer service from start to finish and the effort that the quality Direct team have put into this project. There where problems along the way as there will be with a project like this. None of them where the fault of Quality Direct but where things out of there control. However the professional and efficient way that Quality Direct manage to deal with them was nothing short of astonishing. These where things like, Planning permission, The property being shared ownership, Building regulations changing the plans last min and a nation wide lockdown, These could have been big headaches for us. Turns out we did not have to concern ourselves with any of it. Quality Direct dealt with all of them, Glenn made it look easy, although I am certain it was not. A big thank-you to Glenn. I would also like to mention the outstanding service provided by the fitters Kevin and Colin. The Service was truly exceptional in every way and I would definitely give a mention to Kevins's attention to detail, he even proactively pointed out issues and then proceeded to fix them, issues I did not even notice and I am certain unscrupulous fitters would have just left. I have gone over every inch of this extension and I cant find fault anywhere. They also took special care of the surrounding area and accommodated the neighbours making sure the impact to them was minimal, and when it did impact them (For logistical reasons out of there control) Kevin and Colin where polite courteous and made sure they where informed and that the impact was minimal. They even cleaned up the neighbours driveway that was left dusty after the building work. The neighbours where left with nothing to complain about. If you are looking to extend your property, you certainly cant go wrong with this company.

New bifold doors installed in our new extension. Very pleased with the overall look and finish. Doors look amazing when opened or closed. So pleased I listened to my father-in-laws recommendations regarding this company as he has used them three or four time over the years.
