The receptionists are very kind and courteous, but... they don't have doctors in the practice! Only nurse & prescription. They send you to Acomb if you need to see a GP. And you are not told that when you register to the practice.

No doctors at the doctors surgery and I've had several bad receptionists experiences unfortunately. They were rude and very unsympathetic to my son who was ill - I don't think they understand that people go there because they are ill and not feeing well so being rude is even worse! Bad appointment system, doctors don't phone back and they don't care at all about someone being ill and unwell. Disappointing service here. Try their other locations, I have had mixed (mostly positive) experiences at Cornlands Road.

Following a slight complication with my medication the surgery gave me a courtesy call to check that everything was okay. Great attention to detail.

I registered here 10 days ago and already going to register elsewhere. I advised I was running out of my medication and needed asap. They said they will let me know when I'm registered - I waited a few days then just popped in and I was actually registered. Then I said I need a prescription and they tell me the GP will call me the next day. No call. I turned up again and they tell me it's at the pharmacy. How on earth was I meant to know that?! Save yourself the frustration and just go elsewhere.
