They had lots of taps, but only 3 taps had actually something available in them (it was Monday, was everything out after the weekend?) We ordered rump steak - extremely chewy meat - cannot recommend. A few colleagues ordered burgers, those were not too good either (quite dry). So, based on our experience - definitely not a 4 star place.

After cycling from London we were looking for place to eat and get warm. This pub was the only place that would allow us to bring the bicycles inside. Exceptionally welcoming staff, we'll never forget this. And the food was amazing.

Service was brilliant. Roast dinner wasn't great. Meat was good but veg chewy and hard. Dessert was lovely.

We had some delicious fish and chips. Short wait for the food to arrive piping hot. The staff could not do enough to bring extra chilled water to the table and checked if we needed anything else. Price was very reasonable, 5 of us, 5 main dishes(generous portions), 2 starters, 3 drinks, 1 pot of tea, free chilled water for around £55. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal with comfortable seats. Highly recommended...

Very busy, but very well staffed who were all friendly and welcoming. Food arrived quickly, piping hot and very good portions for the price. Excellent.

Lovely inside. Great decorations. Not too many vegan options but it was still delicious food. Not too long waiting times either.
