Nice, new bigger store but will get time to get used to it.. Old habits die hard.. Loved the old store, knew where to find most stuff and seemed they had lot more to choose from.. Will visit again soon

The new store is very good. A lot cleaner and neater. The perfect time to go is as soon as it opens, 9am on a weekday as it gets very very crowded after 11.

A nice new store. The Primark in Harrow hasn’t closed down, it has been relocated in the shopping centre (where BHS used to be). It is very spacious inside, however the queues do get very long.

A very good shop where you can buy good cloth at affordable price .

Primark is getting better day by day there's one open in Birmingham which I would love to go yeah reasonable price you can get good quality clothes you'll have to pay so much for it why not enjoy it

Bought a new handbag and hair clip, queue was big, but moved very fast. Credit has to be given to the staff at the tills , who are lovely, chatty despite having to deal with a huge number of customers on their shifts. Please be polite to all staff , when you visit, they deserve respect and dignity. L especially those working on the tills.

You can now enter and exit into St Anne's road and st Anne's centre. Moved things around on ground floor. Early visit so quiet and no queues to pay. All summer outfits out including hats .Enjoy.

Customer Service is absolutely horrendous at this store. My daughter lost her favourite toy and when I went to fill the form. The manager did not bother to take the details. Just ask me to fill the details that's all. They never answer the phone :(

Full of options.. Great prices.. pocket friendly.. Keeping with latest trends.. Full range.. But there is a problem with sizes... depending on the country of make.. so shop smartly.. Plus in few items.. stitching is not very good .

Just too busy and too hectic even at non peak times. Queues are always far too long also. I've never actually bothered to queue up because of the amount of time it consumes so I end up just leaving without buying anything
