A dishonest business. Went to view a flat last week with Chris, really liked the property and requested a definite move out date from the current tenants in order to decide whether we could definitely take it. He promised us that he would ring back later and let us know so that we could start the formalities for securing the property. He did not call back and both his mobile and office numbers were unreachable for the rest of the day. When we eventually got through the next morning we were told that the property had been given to someone else who had a viewing after us. We made it clear that we really wanted the place, and had our hearts set on it, and had made the trip from London to Bath specifically to view and secure this property. Premier lettings went back on their promise and have absolutely no regard for potential clients. They are nothing but money grabbing sharks and should not be trusted.

Thank heavens for Premier Lettings ! In particular I must thank Lloyd Maycock for his utter professionalism and ability to organise a very complicated move within a very short space of time - I could not have managed it without him! Rebecca in particular has gone out of her way to offer extremely high levels of customer service and ensure that my whole move experience was as stress free as possible. Next time I move to the other side of the world I want these two on my team !!! Thanks are not enough, I hope that they enjoyed the bottle of champagne! I cannot recommend this agency more highly!
