A great family day out. A good variety of animals both big and small all clearly well looked after in appropriate enclosures. A new walk through aviary filled with free felting zebra finches and budgerigars a highlight for the children (as well as the train and playground). Large enclosures with good viewing opportunities for both the Tigers and now the bears. Hammerton Zoo continues to go from strength to strength

Polite and chatty receptionists. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed, a bit too soft for me (prefer a firm mattress). Powerful shower too. Good breakfast at the Brewer's Fayre next door (staff also very friendly). All in all, a great place to stay 😀

Very rude front office staff named Dom whose customer engagement skills should confine him to the back office. Absolutely disgraceful language with a devil may care attitude. Cocky, arrogant and definitely not front of house skills. I would rather stay away than have to deal with his type. Good side was the breakfast. Room could do with air-conditioning but very comfy bed and clean.

I have stayed in many Premier Inn so I knew what to expect. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Checking in was quick experience. Thus is the only Premier Inn where they didn't change the towls after the first night of staying so wasn't much fun using wet towels the next day.
