Made an online purchase thru ebay with the power tool Centre Unfortunately screws that were delivered were the wrong ones. Called them up and spoke to the manager Phil who personally arranged that a replacement set of screws would be sent out for next day delivery. Received the replacement screws very next day. Very positive experience and exceptional customer service. Brilliant that you can just pick up the phone and actually speak to someone.

Bought from the website on a Friday evening. All 8 parts were in stock. No confirmation email. 3 days passed so sent a email only for the order to be not even processed or dispatched. One part was not in stock which they failed to make me aware of. So after several emails they said the in stock items would be sent. Which took 2 days to dispatch. The part order was then delivered on Tuesday the following week. No further communication about the other part, 2 weeks since ordering. Very bad way to run an online store. Won't be purchase anything from them again. Communication is just non-existent.

Fantastic service and friendly staff

I purchased B&D trimmer 18 months ago. Last week it stopped working. I phoned customer service, my details were quickly found on record and it was picked up the next day. Within a week it had been repaired and returned to me in rural Scotland. As far as I am concerned this was a very high standard of customer service from very helpful people
