There is limited parking at this establishment but ample parking throughout the village of Poppleton. Always beautifully clean at this establishment including the toilets . Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Alison the dentist and Katie the hygienist are always professional. This is a private practice so it will never be cheap but they do offer Denplan insurance.

Occasionally I suffer from panic attacks, dentist and hygienist visits can be tricky. I cannot recommend highly enough this practice - all the staff I have met are both kind, patient and extremely professional in their duties reducing any stress levels to an absolute minimum and making the visit as good an experience as possible.

A first class practice. Rebecca and her team are really friendly and helpful. I have been with the practice for a number of years and remain very impressed with the exceptionally high standards maintained when visiting both the dentist and/or the hygienist (including the odd emergency visit). I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend this practice.

I have been with PDP for 8 years and sadly am now relocating for work reasons. PDP have been absolutely fantastic during all this time - I'd consider myself lucky to find an equally professional and conscientious dentist elsewhere. Alison has throughout done marvellous work on my teeth which needed some care due to grinding. She's also been patient and kind, advising on issues and listening to my concerns at all times. Not the slightest reservation to recommend them, their hygienists are equally capable and friendly. :-)

Quality Service with a Smile at All Hours. I feel having seen a review for 1 star at this practice, I had to write my own review after a similar call for emergency work. Having had 'out of hour' emergency dental work on a weekend in the recent months, I can not fault this practice and all its staff especially in the present climate. From my initial call to the final completed work, it was faultless and caring. Pleasant and professional staff working harder and longer than ever to protect both client and staff - outstanding. A huge thank you!!

I just wanted to leave a review to say thank you to Alison. She has been exceptional with my 5 year old daughter who needed dental work. She was so calm, patient and friendly. It means something when my daughter wants to come to my dental appointment after having injections and x-rays. Great service from all and a very friendly and helpful Receptionist Kelly. I cannot recommend these dentists enough. Thank you.

Your reply is not factual at all. I was a registered patient and you told me that you did not have a duty of care to look after me. No Sunday appointment was offered as you said that you did not think that you could get anyone to come in to open the surgery as you would not see me on your own as I had not been in before and that I had to ring on Monday morning and take pain killers until then. You did say in that conversation that you were giving priority to regular patients so it is obviously a practice policy and not a throw away comment. When I rang on Monday morning no appointment was offered and it was confirmed that priority was being given to regular patients and as I was not a regular patient then the following Monday was the first appointment for me. I was told that you did not have a duty of care to look after me even though I had confirmed that I was registered with you. So obviously you cannot be very poorly and try and avoid getting Covid with your practice. Yes you could have done a great deal more for me if you are now saying that there was an appointment that I could have had on the day that I rang rather than a week later. Which you told me that there was not. You told me to ring 111 if I wanted to get the broken tooth sorted before the following Monday. I did just that and they could not help me. I am still in a great deal of pain and so far have had 7 nights of no sleep because of all the pain.

Very welcoming, the staff are very polite and professional. The work Rebecca does is amazing. I came in with many problems, Rebecca designed a treatment plan that worked for both us of. The work has been amazing and I can finally smile again. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you A*
