I have seen Dr Carina Kong and I highly recommend her as Specialist Endodontist. I'm always slightly anxious when I go to the dentist but Dr Carina made me feel safe and reassured. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She helped me understand all the phases of my treatment and tried to avoid unnecessary procedures. In addition, the clinic is great, location is great and the staff very friendly.

I had an emergency problem and was seen within two days. The result has proved completely satisfactory. Throughout I felt entirely confident and relaxed about the treatment, and was impressed with the detailed way I was kept informed about both the diagnosis and prognosis.

Fabulous service as always. Dr Darshan is one of the best dentists around and a credit to the clinic. He always make you feel comfortable and explains what’s happening. Highly recommended.

Phoned at 9.15am and seen at 11.10am on same day which was a Saturday. Examined and given help which worked. Quick and efficient and I am very happy with the service.

I recently had 3 teeth extracted and 2 new dentures ( 1 upper and 1 lower ).After having completed the work Mr Ali had to go away for annual leave. The dentures were causing some discomfort and I had to see another Dentist at the surgery to sort out the problem. Unfortunately it took 3 further appointments to feel comfortable with the new dentures particularly the lower denture. The Dentist was excellent and explained the problem and did what ever was necessary to make me feel comfortable. The senior receptionist -Kayleigh Taylor -was excellent and efficient and made the necessary bookings to make sure that I was looked after. All the other receptionists were polite and friendly. I would recommend this surgery any time. Haven't come across a better dental surgery.

I have been visiting Dr Isavella for more than 3 years now. Excellent dentist with attention to detail, super friendly and lovely manners. The receptionists are always friendly. I couldn't recommend Isavella enough!!!

This was my first visit and I am very impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone involved with my treatment. I will definately recomment the Pinn Dental Practice to all my friends and family.

I have no problems with my teeth so my visit on Tuesday was purely for a routine six monthly clean with the hygienist and yearly dental check up with Mr Ali. The reception staff and hygienist were friendly and professional as usual and with that alone I would give five stars. My issue and why my rating falls to two stars today is because of the consultation given by Mr Ali. All in all I spent less than 5 minutes in the dentist chair, he was curt throughout the assessment. There appeared to be no full oral examination including tongue and neck assessments, however he quickly pointed out that I had some tooth enamel erosion around the gums on a couple of back teeth which would need some work (the enamel erosion is not painful or noticeable). Had he read my notes he would have seen that a number of years ago he had filled the gaps without success. The assessment was ended when, in my opinion, he realised I wasn’t going to make him any money. All in all I spent 23 minutes in consultation that being 20 mins with the hygienist ( which was acceptable as there were no real issues) and 3 to 4 minutes with Mr Ali. Together the bill came to £78.00!! Let’s hope this was a one off and the usual five star service is resumed on my next visit.
