Not good at all! I used these guys for conveyancing and the service was rubbish! Constantly coming up with excuses as to why they missed deadlines. Phone calls and emails ignored regularly so I had to rock up to their office twice to give them a little bit of encouragement to crack on! Eventually I had to hunt down an email address for their CEO to ask him to ask his staff to respond to my emails - they soon did!

If you want bad communication, not to know time scales of completion, not have emails and questions

1/ 5

If you want bad communication, not to know time scales of completion, not have emails and questions answered, never mind not knowing what your bill is. Then this is the firm for you. The solicitor has made this the most stressful time, much more than it should have. Choose another firm, there are plenty more out there.

5/ 5

What Julian and Karen don't know about conveyancing isn't worth knowing! They have both given great advice and support to many of our clients and also keep us in the loop as an agency, which is very important. We find both Karen and Julian easy to approach. The receptionist is easy to talk to and friendly also. Karen ad Julian explain the options and processes to each of our mutual clients in a very clear, jargon free and caring manner. If you are looking for a local independent conveyancer who will do the best for you then look no further.
