Found Peak through a great Groupon offer and was so happy with the massage I've been back several times since and am booked later this month too. I always walk out of there feeling so much better than when I walk in. They've just moved as well and it's easier to park. Highly recommended.

Soon to have my 3rd massage with Janet, very great full for the knowledge and exercises she has passed onto me. Very firm sports massage but really feel as though it is making a difference to an old shoulder injury. Excellent thank you Janet.

I'm a relatively new runner so after experiencing my first injury thought my legs deserved some attention . Had a sports massage with Joe which was really good, if a tad sore at times but then it is a sports massage so not meant to be relaxing . He gave lots of good advice for future injury prevention and explained what he was doing, whilst being able to have a nice chat too. I will definitely be back for another massage with him.

The consultation proved to be helpful and instructive. The masseuse was very professional and applied just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension in my muscles in a painless way.
